Aviation Service Business – Fuel & Handling Platform
Challenge
The client’s fuel provisioning business had outgrown mostly manual processes built around email threads and spreadsheets. At the same time, they wanted to launch handling services and unlock a new revenue stream.
Solution
We began with an intensive week-long sprint to frame the product and define the scope, then established an iterative delivery process with weekly feedback loops.
Results
The handling module is in production, and the fuel module is nearing launch — improving operational control while supporting the client’s service expansion.
Used by internal operations teams to manage pricing, requests, and supplier coordination.
It is a pleasure to work with the teams at Kombinat and Happy Path Solutions. Their eye for detail and willingness to understand the requirements thoroughly before designing and developing our platform were key reasons for the successful launch of our product. We had an idea, but converting it from paper to designing and executing it in production was all down to their skills. They were keen not just to develop the platform but to be part of our business and take on a first-person view of what we wanted to create. The entire experience is fun, exciting, and professional.
Aviation Service Business – SAF Book & Claim Registry
Challenge
Create a credible platform for tracking and trading Sustainable Aviation Fuel attributes in a rapidly evolving market, where regulations, standards, and operating models were still changing.
Solution
A transparent, secure multi-tenant registry for BCUs, aligned with certification logic and designed to scale beyond the first tenant.
Results
The platform is live, supports SAF credit tracking and trading, and positions the client to lead in a market that is still taking shape. Built as a multi-tenant system, it enables onboarding of new suppliers and buyers while aligning with emerging certification frameworks. RSB certification is in progress.

Exo Handling – AI workflow for business aviation ground handling
Challenge
Explore how a complete ground handling workflow could be designed and built fast with AI while keeping automation grounded, supervised, and useful in a real operations context.
Solution
A working AI operations workflow with customer-facing intake across WhatsApp, voice, and email, a case management UI, a RAG-backed Ops Copilot, and a supervising-agent pattern for controlled automation.
Results
A working system demonstrating multi-channel intake (WhatsApp, voice, email), structured case handling, vendor coordination, and retrieval-backed operational responses with citations. The architecture shows how AI can be safely introduced into real operations through layered control and supervision.

SeeYouLink
Challenge
Connectedness and mental engagement in later years can significantly improve quality of life. But most older adults were excluded from digital tools because computers and the internet were too complex. The challenge was to make essential online services truly accessible to people with little or no prior digital experience.
Solution
SeeYouLink addressed isolation and disengagement among seniors by providing a safe, secure, and highly accessible way to use essential internet services.
Results
A survey by our UK client covering approximately 20% of members using SeeYouLink showed an average age of 88, with 66% having never used a computer or smartphone before. 92% said it made them feel more positive, and 100% said they would recommend SeeYouLink. One user summed it up simply: “It changed my life for the better.”
Talaria
Challenge
Businesses need cost-effective, private, secure and seamlessly integrated real-time collaboration tools. However, building communication infrastructure from scratch is a complex and time-consuming process.
Solution
Talaria’s WebRTC-powered platform delivers video, chat, and collaboration features to existing web and mobile applications in a way that is usable, brandable, secure, and fast to integrate.
Results
Customers such as a large Scandinavian contact center solutions provider Zisson (now LeadDesk) use Talaria to provide video chat, co-browsing, and related capabilities to their customers far faster and at a fraction of the cost of building them in-house.
MyDialogue
Challenge
Achieving fluency in a new language requires a lot of conversation practice, which is hard to come by. Using existing language learning apps does not provide this. Using private tutors is expensive and not always available.
Solution
MyDialogue combines personalized learning flows, guided conversations with peers, and interactive tools designed to increase engagement and make fluency more achievable and affordable.
Results
Learners reported faster progress toward fluency and strong retention, helping the platform stand out in a crowded education market.
